Once you have a property under contract, you begin your due diligence period in which you conduct an in depth evaluation of the property, its suitability for your intended use, the status of the real estate title and meetings with the planning and building departments to make sure there are no land use or building code issues that would block your proposed development. We will prepare an in depth report for your review and identify any issues that might need to be resolved. We can also assist with resolving any issue that has been identified.
