These answers are not always black or white, but our job is to help you make an informed decision on whether to proceed.

Once you decide to proceed we will coordinate with your surveyor, prepare the necessary applications, meet with the planners and represent you at any public hearings.

Once approved, we will coordinate the finalization of the plat, creation of mylars, obtain the necessary signatures, negotiate any necessary development improvements agreements and finally we will record your plat in the real property records.
